How can I get a strong and healthy body?
I really love this question because my goal is also to be fit and healthy as long as I can.
First, let me differentiate fitness and bodybuilding, we can be fit even without going to the gym but bodybuilding can be done only with the help of the gym. Fitness doesn't require bulk muscles but bodybuilding is all about muscles and so on like this.
Diet is very important in being fit and healthy. Never eat too much or too low. Always prefer homemade food, either veg or non-veg home-made is best. Reduce the oil quantity in food and avoid junk food and soft drinks. This is enough when it comes to diet.
Oh yeah, I forget to tell we can cheat our meal once in a while :-P
Now we are about physical activity to be fit and strong. If you are a gym guy who likes to go to the gym regularly then this is far enough to be fit and strong. It is not essential to lift heavy weights or to take supplements but have the routine workouts that make you strong and improves your muscles.
Alright, you have a busy schedule and couldn't find time to go gym then a morning jogging followed by few little stretching works well. Because jogging improves your cardiovascular system, makes your heart healthy. It maintains body pressure hence the risks of getting low or high bp are very less.
Well, you don't like to jog? You know swimming?? Fine then at least once or twice in a week do swim. It keeps your heart rate in its safe zone and gives healthy lungs. It builds endurance and stamina levels of the body. It is a stress buster and relieves you from mental suffering.
Not only swimming or gyming help in being fit if you like to do cycling go for it. Set your destination and start your way. Ir gives you the same benefits that the gym and swimming gives.
At the end if you are not interested in any above of these things at least do some exercise every day in your home like Pushups, Pull-ups, skipping, and squats definitely ir will help you.
Above all these things, two things are very very important in life DRINKING WATER and PROPER SLEEP without these don't ever image what we are speaking here.
